I got the opportunity to try some Monat beauty products from Katie Wood Hostetler. Never tried these products in my life, but I know tons of people who use these products everyday in their everyday lifestyle and routine, and I know ton of Monat Consultants through Facebook and Instagram. I was able to try these samples last night, as it was hair washing night; as we girls all know how that goes, haha! For starters; I have long, thick, black, curly hair,. I read the instructions throughly in the process of washing, and honestly; I don’t think these samples were enough for my hair to feel the benefits and results that everyone is raving about. I may have to purchase the full size products soon. But the products smell great, and I personally do not care for the Replenish Masque sample; as I wasn’t getting the full benefits of this and it made my hair feel like straw the next day, I would find this worth the money if it actually restored the health of my hair. I have used less expensive drugstore hair masks that left my hair looking and feeling better than this one. Maybe I am using it wrong, so if you know any specific suggestions, please let me know. As for the Shampoo; it smells good, I’m sure I’d get more benefits out of it if it was a bigger product. But I’ve heard some cons about this products and ones that are honestly holding me back from giving these products a try. I have talked and seen several different opinions on how this product makes your hair fall out completely, and leaves your hair damaged, and feeling like straw. I’ve seen more cons in this than pros, and I have also seen that there is a detox phase you have to get through in order for these products to work the right way, for you to see the results you are looking for. So with that said; i do feel like you have to be patient with the process. The Conditioner; naturally I am one that loves conditioners; as they always smell wonderful and leaves your hair feeling super soft and smooth to the touch; so I personally did not have any concerns or problems with this particular one.
I do recommend you give these products a try, I wouldn’t close the door on it fully, but just be patient with the process and know what your hair needs as well, before purchasing any from your personal Monat Hair Consultant. All thoughts and opinions are my own; as not everyone will agree to this. I’ve done my research and will not close the door on this company just yet. Monat beauty products have been providing natural hair care and skin care products for years, and changing lives along the way. As it may not be for everyone, the company’s true mission is to help consumers feel good about themselves. I recommend you try the samples before purchasing.
